Craig is great. He came in on the time he was allotted for, called to confirm and was able to finish the job in a timely manner. He was able to changed the double garage door cable wires and had a new garage door opener installed.

Craig called before arriving, as we were promised. He arrived as promised. He was very personable. Checked our door problem carefully. Explained what needed to be done and then did the work. He took the time to chat with me about some concerns to watch for on our door spring and pull system, oiled the rollers and other parts, explained the work he had completed. Very pleasant service experience.
One of the springs broke for our overhead door, which is a manual garage door. 19 yes residency, original owners. Anyway after speaking with them on the phone, quoted me a price and that price is what I paid. Chris who was my technician was friendly and explained everything that he needed to do and what he would also check. Replaced both springs, oiled everything and let me test everything from opening and closing door plus locking and unlocking the door. Job well done.
